The Manhattan fashion designer accused of stealing an $11,000 fur-lined scarf from a Greenwich boutique was arraigned Monday morning on a separate charge of stealing a less expensive scarf. Beata Boman, 38, is accused of shoplifting a blue $725 Loro Piana scarf on June 11 from Richards of Greenwich, an upscale fashion retailer, two days before she allegedly stole an $11,000 scarf from the store.
