Cosmetic services "doctor" wasn't

Here's a cautionary tale. An Edmonton businessman has been ordered by Alberta's Court of Queen's Bench to stop calling himself a doctor. The man, Sukhdave Seehra, performed plastic surgery on several women, all of whom thought he was a doctor. The provincial college of physicians and surgeons filed the action with the court after receiving complaints about the quality of cosmetic services they received from Seehra, who runs the Ultra Medic Laser Skin Studio in Edmonton. One client provided the disciplinary college with evidence she had been severely burned during cosmetic laser treatment. She also complained to a local television reporter, who discovered Seehra displayed a medical degree in his office, though he hadn't graduated from a medical school.
